Executive Committee Selection Process
Trustees interested in running for positions on the Executive Committee shall submit their names and statements which include qualifications and reasons for running via the Board Intranet. Upon receipt of all submissions, a phone call with the entire Board of Trustees shall take place to allow for fellow trustees to ask questions of the candidates. Aside from the candidate’s original intranet statement and Board phone call, no other campaigning is allowed.
Votes for candidates shall be sent via email to an independent accountant in November of each year and all votes shall be kept confidential. The independent accounting firm shall contact each Trustee via email with the election results.
