To catch the shuttle, step outside from the baggage claim; cross two lanes of traffic and walk to the left. At the information booth, request Blue Star Downtown-Airport Express. For service before or after the above listed times, you can call Blue Star directly 800.247.2272 for reservations.

- Catch Red Line to downtown Portland near the lower level baggage claim.
- Purchase an “All Zone” ticket from the ticket machine.
- Board ANY Max Red Line Train.
- Get off the Max at the Max Station, located on SW Morrison Street/SW 5th Avenue.
- Board one of the following buses: 4, 10, 14, 33 or 99 (public transit is free downtown).
- Get off at SW Madison Street/1st Avenue.
- Walk forward 0.2 miles towards SW Jefferson Street. (You will cross: SW Jefferson Street, SW Columbia Street, and Clay Street. Hotel is at the corner of SW Clay Street/SW Naito Pkwy.
