Interctive Dog Breed Identification Presentation

Victoria Lea Voith, PhD, DVM, DACVB

You are invited to be part of an interactive session on dog breed identification.  This presentation consists of viewing video clips of dogs and indicating what breed or breeds you think the dogs might be.  This is followed by disclosure of what the owners had been told their dogs were, results of DNA analysis of the dogs’ breeds, and  general discussion about dog breed identification.  The is also an opportunity to voluntarily take part in an anonymous,  U.S. wide data collection effort  to discover how much agreement exists among professionals in the dog world regarding visual dog breed identification.
