Litterbox Problems
With Trish Loehr
One in ten cats will stop using the litter box at some point in their life. Often, simple medical tests or environmental restructuring will get cats thinking "back in the box." Knowing how to help a cat whose litter box habits are faltering will help keep cats in their homes. Veterinary or shelter staff who have ruled out medical issues will learn what questions to ask about home environment, and some valuable tips to send home with a litter-challenged kitty. Dog trainers considering expanding their business to feline clients might want to start by learning more about this common (and often easily resolved) issue. In recognition of Adopt-A-Cat Month, this webinar is presented free.
Learning Objectives:
- Overview of the most common reasons cats don't use the litter box
