Enter your Member Number in the box below and your password will be sent to your e-mail address on file with APDT. If you don't have a current password on record, a random password will be sent---which you can change after you log on.
Receiving Passwords Via E-Mail
If you submitted your Member number in the box above, an e-mail containing your password was immediately sent to your e-mail address on file with APDT. Please ensure that you add 'email@example.com' or 'firstname.lastname@example.org' to your trusted senders list. Please consult with your email provider for details on how to do this specific to your account with them. We are sorry, but automated requests for sender identity will not be processed and will prevent your receiving your APDT information via email.
If you did not receive the e-mail, it may be because:
- Your e-mail address on file with APDT is out-of-date and the account was closed by the e-mail provider.
- Your Internet Service Provider blocked the e-mail from delivery.
- Your e-mail account placed it in the 'spam' or 'junk mail' folder.
If you do not receive the e-mail within an hour, please contact the APDT office to obtain your password. Your membership may also have expired, please contact us if you feel this to be the case.
