Whose Dog is This?
Terry RyanLast round was the BEST yet! We had thirty-one correct responses! You all knew that this was Brody and his parents are Terry and Bill Ryan. In addition to being able to skateboard, Brody really is a "chick" magnet. Conference attendees will get the chance to work with real chickens at the Click-A-Chick Workshops at the Conference. This popular and skill-packed workshop promises to get your mind clicking! This puzzler's winner is Samantha Mewbourne of Bolton Vet, Bolton Connecticut. She can claim her prize at the Kong Booth.

Now for the final puzzler
Whose dog is this?My nickname is Pinhead. My parents think that I'm all girl and bad to the bone! Beauceron's cannot be all bad. At one year old, I nurse my brother's ears by licking them for him. My best trick is "speedy avoidance". Mom and dad are both trainers but dad says that they are calling an exorcist to deal with me. All I can say is "watch out exorcist!" Whose dog am I? There is a bonus if you guess both of my parents.

Think you have the answers? We have more great prizes to give away. Winners will be chosen at random from the correct submitted answers and announced in the next Conference Update, winners can pick up their prizes at the conference (prizes will NOT be shipped to winners, you must attend the conference to claim prize). Send your guess to Place your answers in the Subject Line. Answers should be submitted by Friday 10/7. Winner will be announced Wednesday at the Conference

All Auction Team Members should enjoy interacting with auction participants & be prepared for some fast paced fun and activity!

Check In/Check Out - The check in/check out team are the "faces" of the auction. During check in, the team greets guests as they arrive, register participants who did not pre-register, & distribute bid numbers. At check out, the team helps retrieve winning auction items, and may help with receipts. 4 team members needed.

Live Auction Team - 2 team members are needed as "recorders" to note the winning bidders as they are announced. 2 other team members will be "runners", relaying information from the recorders to the data entry crew.

Live Auction "Vannas" - Be the center of attention - 4 people are needed to help display live auction items on stage and walk through the crowd with smaller items.

Data Entry - Data entry is the secret center of the auction universe, where all bids are recorded and receipts written. We need 2 team players - The data entry persons will attend a brief pre-auction meeting to become familiar with procedure. During the auction, our team will enter bid information as received & write receipts.
